In his keynote address, Mr. R. Narayanan, said that "I don't believe in projections, and you don't look at them five years down the road. Ultimately what matters is people. InApp's success is attributed to its people. InApp has now reached a major milestone and will go on to scale greater heights. I see a bright future ahead for them". He was of the opinion that in the future, people with IT background will be doing less of IT and more of business projections and so on. He was impressed by InApp's performance over the years and said he hopes to see InApp reach greater heights in the years to come.
Mr. Sankar Krishnan lauded InApp's performance over the years and said "You don't have to be a giant to be successful. InApp's success is attributed to the veterans at the Top Managerial level and the young and technically experienced programmers at the junior level". He said that the road ahead for InApp is bright and wished InApp all success.
Mr. Satish Babu welcomed the dignitaries and guests and introduced all top executives to the audience. He also walked the whole crowd through the history of InApp. Mr. Rakesh Puri was of the opinion that each one at InApp has contributed to its success and said "We have two aces of spades up our sleeve - Krishnakumar and Vijay Kumar. We are sure that we will do better in the coming years". Mr. Krishnakumar, Executive Director, was glad that Datec's merger with InApp worked out well and said that he was proud to be part of InApp. Mr. Vijay Kumar, COO, delivered the vote of thanks.
Outstanding employees of InApp were given awards of excellence by the dignitaries. Mr. Amarnath Raja, CEO, mentioned each employee's contribution to the company's growth and thanked them individually.
The event closed with a gala musical night and dinner at Café M2, Technopark.
